At Eloura Pet, we want you and your pup to love your order.

If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll make it right with:

• replacement item, or
• refund where appropriate

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days.

Please note:

• return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• original shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used pet products unless faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
